Document Registry

The document registry allows the Bank to create custom and pre-defined documents to send to clients and third parties. This can be accessed through the settings screen by clicking Settings > Document Templates then clicking Add New Document Template

The template setup screen will pop up, allowing you to populate it with any text as required.

In order to format the text, use the forward slash key (/) on your keyboard to bring up the formatting tool – this allows you to customise the text you want the client to see.

On the right hand side you also have the ability to drag parts into the document. Parts are pre-established variables that link with pre-provided information by the bank or the client such as bank logo, participant names etc..

Future Banclo™ development will include track changes, comments and notes on top of the document for internal audit and use.
